Job Description

Build and extend ServiceNow solutions that replace manual processes with reliable automation. You'll develop the workflows and integrations that save agencies time and reduce operational cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms.
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST and SOAP.
  • Automate manual processes using Flow Designer and server-side scripting.
  • Support platform upgrades, testing, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot defects and platform performance issues.
  • Document technical designs and configuration decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom scoped applications.
  • Understanding of integration patterns and API security.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
